We usually process shipments within two business days after payment is cleared. The payment date is based on instant payment or cleared payment. No shipment will be arranged for pending payment transactions. All orders are shipped via eExpress/Registered Airmail with tracking service. Delivery takes 5-12 business days for all countries in Asia, and 7-18 business days for other major countries such as Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States of America. Shipment will take a bit longer (average 10 to 20 business days) for other countries in Europe.

Please note that we will not refund the purchase price and shipping costs if the package is seized by customs in your country. We will also not refund the shipping costs if the package is returned by customs in your country. Therefore, please make sure the relevant items are legal in your country.

Meanwhile, if the package cannot be delivered successfully and is returned by the postal authority due to address problems or no one to receive the package, we will not refund the shipping costs.
