Is there any tracking information available for my order?
Yes, we provide tracking numbers and reliable tracking sources once your order has been shipped. All packages are typically delivered through your country's postal service, so you can easily monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches you.
When can I receive the package?
We typically process and ship orders within two business days after payment is cleared. Payment clearance is based on instant payment confirmation or bank clearing for other payment methods. Please note that no shipments will be arranged for pending payment transactions.
All orders are shipped via eExpress/Registered Airmail with tracking service. Delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Asia: 5-12 business days
- Major countries (Canada, France, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States): 7-18 business days
- Other European countries: 10-20 business days on average
Can I get any product discount and shipping discount on my purchase?
Yes! You can enjoy 4% or more discount when purchasing multiple items in the same order, plus additional shipping discounts. Please note that discounts must be applied to a single order at the same time - they cannot be combined across separate orders. The more you buy in one order, the more you save!
