GLOBAL REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to complete a return.
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the item has been shipped.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to request a replacement.
Please ensure that the items you order are legal in your country. We are not responsible for packages seized by customs, and shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases. If a package is returned due to an address error or failed delivery, return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at shopping@airsoftwebsite.com.

EU CUSTOMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the withdrawal period expires at shopping@airsoftwebsite.com with your order details and a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled/shipped by contacting us at shopping@airsoftwebsite.com.
Returns: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We may deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to custom/personalised items.
